Role Overview

We're seeking a strategic and people-focused HR Manager to lead our human resources function in the environmental services sector. The ideal candidate will drive talent acquisition, foster a positive work culture, and ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies while supporting our mission to create a sustainable future.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals and environmental sustainability objectives Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning Manage employee relations, performance reviews, and career development Administer compensation, benefits, and HRIS systems Ensure legal compliance and update HR policies as needed Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives Support initiatives that promote environmental awareness and responsibility within the organization
Qualifications

Bachelor's/Master's in Human Resources or related field Proven experience in HR leadership roles Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills Proficiency in HR software (e.g., SAP, Zoho, BambooHR) Passion for environmental sustainability and experience in the environmental services sector is a plus
