Job Description

The HR Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance, and supporting organizational goals through effective people management. This role involves recruitment, payroll, employee engagement, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:



Recruitment & Onboarding

Source, screen, and hire candidates for various positions. Manage onboarding and induction programs.

Employee Relations & Engagement

Address employee grievances and maintain a positive work environment. Organize engagement activities and recognition programs.

Payroll & Attendance Management

Ensure accurate attendance tracking and salary processing. Handle deductions, advances, and statutory contributions.

Compliance & Documentation

Maintain statutory registers and ensure adherence to labour laws. Coordinate with authorities for EPF, ESI, Professional Tax, and POSH compliance.

Performance Management

Support appraisal processes and performance improvement plans.

HR Administration

Manage HR records, vendor coordination, and resource allocation. Team Handling

Required Qualifications & Skills:



MBA in HR or equivalent. 8+ years of experience in HR operations. Knowledge of labour laws and compliance. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Immediately joiner prepared
