Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the hospital's mission and goals.
Manage the full recruitment cycle for clinical and non-clinical staff.
Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and healthcare regulations.
Design and execute employee engagement, retention, and recognition programs.
Manage payroll coordination, attendance, and benefits administration.
Oversee training and development initiatives for continuous staff improvement.
Liaise with department heads to understand staffing needs and workforce planning.
