Responsibilities
  • Ongoing employee relations and people lifecycle management support including work force planning, managing performance and talent.
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
  • Provide support to employee in various HR related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • To check Labour law complaiances for the manufacturing unit.
  • Varifying documents and conducting bakground varification of the new employees.
  • Handling paysheets, appointments and recruiting structure.
  • Conducting exit interviews and preparing full and final settlements.
  • Manage HR Admin related tasks of the organisations.
  • Initiating and making amendments in the HR policies as per the current laws and need of the organisation.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 925,226.00 - 948,626.00 per month Benefits:
