Job Description

A Hospital HR Manager oversees all HR functions (recruitment, training, employee relations, compliance) to support hospital staff and align with organizational goals, focusing on talent management, legal adherence (healthcare regulations, labor laws), performance, and fostering a positive, efficient environment for both clinical and non-clinical staff, managing everything from onboarding and payroll to complex employee issues and strategic workforce planning. Managing the full cycle to attract, hire, and integrate skilled medical and administrative staff, ensuring alignment with hospital needs.

Essential Qualifications & Skills

Education:

Bachelor's in HR, Business, or Healthcare Admin (Master's preferred).

Experience:

Proven HR management, ideally in a healthcare setting.

Skills:

Strong leadership, communication (emotional intelligence), analytical skills, legal knowledge (labor/healthcare), adaptability

Employee Relations:

Serving as a liaison, handling grievances, resolving disputes, and promoting a positive work culture.

Compliance & Policy:

Ensuring adherence to healthcare laws, employment regulations, and developing internal HR policies.

Training & Development:

Assessing needs, coordinating programs, and supporting performance improvement for all staff.

Performance Management:

Overseeing appraisal systems and supporting managers in performance-related issues.

Compensation & Benefits:

Administering pay plans and benefits programs.

HR Operations:

Managing HR data, records, and day-to-day administrative functions.

Strategic Alignment:

Partnering with leadership to develop HR strategies that support hospital growth and vision.

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
