We are Hiring: HR Manager

Experience: 5+ Yrs in textile or garment manufacturing factories

Salary: Up to 8.4 LPA

Location: Sitapura, Jaipur

Role Overview

We're looking for a battle-tested HR Manager with hands-on textile manufacturing experience to own factory workforce operations end-to-end. This role is critical to ensuring labor stability, compliance, and uninterrupted production.

Key Responsibility:

Factory Workforce Management

- Source, hire & replace skilled textile workers (stitching, cutting, finishing, QC)

- Manage labor contractors, performance & replacement cycles

- Maintain optimal manpower during peak & off-peak seasons

- Control absenteeism, attrition & worker retention

Payroll and Compliance

- Process payroll for 100+ factory & office staff

- Manage ESIC, PF, PT, Bonus & Gratuity

- Ensure compliance with Factory Act, Contract Labour Act & Minimum Wages (Textile)

- Maintain muster rolls, wage registers & statutory records

Production floor operation

- Daily shop-floor presence to monitor productivity & discipline

- Shift planning, overtime & manpower coordination

- Resolve worker-supervisor-contractor conflicts

- Implement safety training, PPE & housekeeping standards

Contractor and vendor management

- Negotiate contracts & rates with stitching contractors

- Monitor performance & replace underperforming vendors

- Ensure contractor compliance with wage & ESI/PF payments

Recruitment and Training

- Maintain a ready talent pool of tailors & operators

- Onboard workers with SOP & quality training

- Upskill workforce for new machinery & product lines

Qualifications and experience

- 5+ years HR experience in textile/garment manufacturing

- Strong exposure to factory labor & contractor management

- Hands-on textile worker recruitment experience

- B.Com / MBA (HR) preferred

- Deep knowledge of textile labor laws

- Hindi + local Rajasthani dialect (big plus for floor communication)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
