to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and HR policy implementation to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals
Manage end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning
Handle employee onboarding, confirmation, and exit processes
Maintain HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook
Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions
Oversee performance appraisal and employee engagement activities
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, CLRA, Shops & Establishment, etc.)
Coordinate payroll, attendance, and leave management
Conduct training & development programs
Prepare HR reports, MIS, and documentation
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of HR policies & labor laws
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Leadership and team management ability
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS & reporting
Ability to handle confidential information
