Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:



Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objective.

Conduct workforce planning and talent management.

Conduct employee engagement surveys and Develop and implement employee recognition programs.

Develop performance management frameworks, conduct performance evaluation, and address performance issues.

Develop and manage compensation and benefits programs, ensure compliance with regulations.

Conduct needs assessments, develop training programs, evaluate training effectiveness.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, manage workers compensation, conduct investigations.

Manage HRIS systems, maintain employee records, ensure data accuracy.


REQUIRMENTS:



Master's degree in HR, Business or related field.

5+ years of HR management experience.

Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR Compliance.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem- solving skills.


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
