The HR Manager will oversee and manage core Human Resources functions, ensuring efficient HR operations, regulatory compliance, and a positive employee experience. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented, and people-focused professional who can effectively manage the employee lifecycle while supporting organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and documentation of hiring decisions.
Oversee employee onboarding and induction programs, ensuring accurate and up-to-date maintenance of employee records.
Monitor attendance and leave management systems; prepare and submit monthly HR, MIS, and statutory compliance reports.
Coordinate with the Accounts team on payroll processing, salary revisions, incentives, and employee data updates.
Ensure effective implementation and consistent adherence to HR policies, procedures, and statutory compliance requirements.
Support performance management processes, including confirmations, appraisals, and related employee documentation.
Plan and organize staff meetings, training programs, and employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries and grievances, escalating matters appropriately when required.
Maintain strict confidentiality and ensure accurate, secure management of all HR files and records.
Draft HR-related correspondence, including letters, circulars, notices, and management reports as required.
Qualifications & Skills
Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related discipline.
4-5 years of relevant experience in HR operations or a generalist HR role.
Sound knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and statutory compliance requirements.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with HRMS platforms is an added advantage.
Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail with the ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
