Key Responsibilities
Manage
end-to-end recruitment
(sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating, and onboarding).
Develop and implement
effective hiring strategies
.
Maintain and update
employee records
, attendance, and documentation.
Oversee
induction and onboarding formalities
.
Handle
employee queries
, grievances, and engagement activities.
Ensure HR processes comply with company policies.
Co-ordinate with department heads for manpower planning.
Manage
performance reviews
, confirmations, and probation evaluations.
Prepare
HR reports, MIS, and hiring dashboards
.
Required Skills & Qualifications
4-5 years of experience in
HR & Recruitment
(IT or Non-IT).
Strong knowledge of job portals (Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.).
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage deadlines.
Understanding of HR policies, compliance, and documentation.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
