Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
Plan and execute smooth onboarding and induction for new hires.
2. HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain and update employee records in HRMS.
Manage attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and salary administration.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
Prepare HR reports and documentation.
3. Employee Engagement & Culture
Plan and implement employee engagement activities and events.
Build and maintain a positive work environment.
Address employee grievances and support conflict resolution.
4. Performance Management
Coordinate annual/quarterly performance appraisal cycles.
Track employee performance and assist in setting goals and KPIs.
Support managers with performance improvement plans (PIPs).
5. Training & Development
Identify training needs and coordinate internal or external training programs.
Monitor learning and development outcomes.
6. HR Policy & Process Improvement
Assist in reviewing, updating, and implementing HR policies.
Identify areas for process improvements and support HR automation initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
4-5 years of hands-on experience in HR Generalist or HR Manager roles.
Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Office and HRMS tools.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
