HR Manager

to join our team at Blue City Designs.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle recruitment, on-boarding, and employee documentation Maintain attendance, leave, and payroll records Support grievance handling and employee engagement activities Assist in compliance and statutory documentation Coordinate with various departments for HR-related requirements

Requirements:

Preferred Male candidate only

Knowledge of HR operations and MS Office. Minimum 3 years of experience in HR (preferably in handicraft/furniture manufacturing) Local candidate from Jodhpur only Excellent communication and coordination skills Proficiency in MS Office Education Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
