About the Role

DA AFK Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager who can take full ownership of the company's HR operations. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, employee relations, policy implementation, payroll coordination, and overall HR strategy to support a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and HR documentation Manage employee attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination Handle employee relations, grievance management, and conflict resolution Support performance management and appraisal processes Maintain employee files, records, and compliance documentation Organize training sessions, team-building activities, and engagement programs Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, labor laws) Oversee exit formalities, clearance, and final settlement Work directly with management on HR planning and workforce strategies

Requirements

Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field Proven experience as HR Manager or HR Generalist Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, and compliance Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills Proficiency in MS Office and HR management tools Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and employee trust
