The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The role involves developing HR strategies, implementing policies, managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and ensuring legal compliance. The ideal candidate will act as a link between management and employees to promote a positive work culture and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Manage the recruitment and selection process (job postings, interviews, onboarding).
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Oversee performance management and appraisal systems.
Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Manage payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
Plan and conduct training and development programs.
Monitor and report HR metrics (turnover rates, absenteeism, etc.).
Foster a healthy work environment and promote company values and culture.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience Minimum 2 year as an HR Manager or HR Generalist.
Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Hands-on experience with HR software (HRMS, payroll systems, etc.).
Thorough understanding of labor laws and HR compliance.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
