Maintain talent pipelines and assist in reference/background checks.
Employee Relations:
Address employee queries, grievances, and workplace concerns.
Promote a positive work environment and resolve conflicts efficiently.
Performance & Training:
Support performance appraisals and training programs.
Help identify skill development needs for employees.
HR Administration & Compliance:
Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Payroll Assistance:
Assist with payroll processing, leave management, and benefits administration.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of labor laws is a plus.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
