About the Role:

We are looking for a mature, responsible, and empathetic

HR Manager

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a woman professional aged 30+, married, and preferably with experience in the jewelry sector You will play a key role in managing end-to-end HR operations, fostering employee engagement, and supporting company growth with structured HR practices.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment and onboarding of new hires Handling employee grievances and maintaining a positive work environment Managing attendance, payroll coordination, and HR MIS Conducting quarterly performance reviews and appraisals Organizing internal activities, training, and engagement programs Ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws Coordinating with department heads for manpower planning Maintaining employee files and documentation

Requirements:

Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field 4-5 years of experience in an HR generalist role Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters Prior experience in the

jewelry/luxury/retail

sector is a big plus Proficient in MS Office, HRMS tools, and Google Workspace

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
