HR management within the industrial/manufacturing sector
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end
HR operations
including recruitment, employee relations, training, performance management, and compliance.
Develop and implement
HR policies, procedures, and systems
aligned with labor laws and industrial regulations.
Manage
payroll, attendance, leave, and statutory compliances
(PF, ESIC, Factory Act, etc.).
Handle
union/labor relations
, grievance management, and disciplinary actions.
Drive
employee engagement, welfare, and retention initiatives
.
Collaborate with management to identify manpower needs and workforce planning.
Lead
talent acquisition
for technical and non-technical roles in the industrial setup.
Conduct regular audits, ensure workplace safety standards, and compliance with legal requirements.
Support management with HR MIS reports and data-driven decisions.
Requirements:
MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
Strong exposure to
manufacturing/industrial workforce management
.
Sound knowledge of
labor laws, factory compliances, and HR best practices
.
Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to balance employee welfare with organizational goals.

Pay: ₹14,333.32 - ₹32,790.40 per month
