Job Description

The HR Manager will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance management, payroll, and organizational development. The role requires a proactive professional who can align HR practices with business objectives to foster a productive, compliant, and engaged workforce.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with the company's goals. Manage the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring timely and quality hiring. Oversee payroll processing, statutory compliance (ESIC, PF, Gratuity, etc.), and employee benefits administration. Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary procedures fairly and effectively. Plan and execute training, development, and capacity-building initiatives to enhance employee skills. Design and monitor performance management systems, including KPIs and appraisal cycles. Maintain HR records, reports, and compliance with labor laws, company policies, and audits (internal/external). Drive employee engagement, retention, and welfare activities. Collaborate with line managers and senior leadership to support business objectives through workforce planning. Stay updated with evolving HR regulations and industry best practices.

Pay: ₹14,204.00 - ₹52,480.17 per month
