We are seeking a seasoned and strategic HR Manager with 10-15 years of progressive experience in human resources management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR practices and processes, ensuring alignment with business goals, and fostering a high-performance culture. This role demands a strong leader who can drive organizational change, manage complex employee relations, and develop talent strategies that support long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives
Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning initiatives
Oversee performance management systems and employee development programs
Manage compensation, benefits, and rewards programs to ensure competitiveness
Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies
Provide guidance on complex employee relations issues and conflict resolution
Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives across the organization
Partner with senior leadership to support organizational design and change management
Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports for executive leadership
Lead HR audits and ensure data integrity across HR systems
Mentor and develop junior HR staff and foster a collaborative team environment
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
10-15 years of progressive HR experience
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance standards
Proven experience in strategic HR planning and execution
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analytics
Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Professional certifications such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent preferred
