The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end human resource functions including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, employee records, and compliance. You will play a key role in hiring for retail, showroom, production, and office roles, while also ensuring smooth documentation and induction of new staff. In addition, you will maintain attendance and leave records, support payroll processing, and handle basic HR compliance related to ESI, PF, and labour laws. A strong focus on employee relations, timely grievance handling, and maintaining a positive work environment is essential. The role also involves coordinating training programs, assisting in performance reviews, and maintaining up-to-date HR records and reports. The ideal candidate should have 2-5 years of HR experience (preferably in retail or luxury sectors), excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office and HR tools.
