We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR professional with 4 to 6 years of experience, primarily in
end-to-end recruitment
. The ideal candidate should be passionate about talent acquisition while being flexible to support other HR functions as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Primary Responsibility - Recruitment
Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles
Understand hiring requirements, create JDs, and source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and consultants
Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates based on role fitment
Coordinate with hiring managers for interviews, feedback, and offer roll-out
Maintain candidate pipeline and regularly track hiring progress
Ensure a seamless candidate experience and strong employer branding
Secondary Responsibilities - Generalist Tasks
Maintain HR records and update employee data
Support onboarding and induction processes
Assist with basic HR operations such as attendance, documentation, and compliance coordination
Handle ad hoc HR tasks as per business requirements
Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field
4-6 years of hands-on experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
