We are seeking an experienced HR Executive to manage payroll, compliance, HR policies, and employee documentation. The role focuses on smooth HR operations and adherence to statutory requirements, with minimal involvement in recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end payroll processing and salary administration
Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, LWF, etc.)
Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR MIS
Draft, implement, and update HR policies and SOPs
Handle audits, labour law documentation, and government inspections
Support employee engagement and grievance handling (non-recruitment role)
Coordinate onboarding, exit formalities, and full & final settlement
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate / MBA in HR preferred
Strong knowledge of payroll software, Excel & compliance regulations
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Detail-oriented and process-driven

Pay: Up to ?50,000.00 per month
