Managing the hiring process from sourcing candidates to onboarding new employees.

Employee Relations:

Handling employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and ensuring a positive work environment.

Training and Development:

Developing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Performance Management:

Overseeing performance reviews, goal setting, and employee development plans.

Compensation and Benefits:

Administering and managing compensation and benefits programs.

HR Policy and Procedures:

Implementing and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.

HR Analytics:

Analyzing HR data to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Pay: ?500,000.00 - ?600,000.00 per year
