Responsibilities
Manage HR operations: onboarding, documentation, policies, employee lifecycle
Coordinate recruitment: screening, scheduling, follow-ups, offer documentation
Maintain HR trackers and reports (hiring, onboarding, compliance)
Coordinate with leadership and site teams on HR requests
Support performance management and training activities
Ensure strict confidentiality of employee data
Required Qualifications
MBA / PG / Postgraduate in HR
Minimum 2 years HR experience (HR ops + hiring coordination)
Strong English communication (written & verbal)
Ability to work US Eastern Time consistently
High integrity and process discipline
Work-From-Home Requirements
