Job Summary



The HR Manager is responsible for planning, developing, and managing human resource functions to support organizational goals. This role ensures effective workforce management, compliance with labor laws, employee engagement, performance management, and the implementation of HR policies and best practices.

Key Roles & Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Staffing



Plan and execute manpower requirements in coordination with department heads Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports Ensure timely joining and induction of new employees

2. Employee Relations & Engagement



Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and resolution Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement initiatives Conduct regular feedback sessions and employee satisfaction activities

3. HR Policies & Compliance



Develop, implement, and update HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks Ensure compliance with statutory laws (ESI, PF, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment, Labour Laws) Handle audits, inspections, and statutory documentation

4. Performance Management



Design and monitor performance appraisal systems Support department heads in goal setting, KPIs, and performance reviews Identify training and development needs based on performance gaps

5. Payroll & HR Operations



Coordinate payroll processing and ensure accuracy Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HRMIS data Handle confirmations, increments, promotions, transfers, and exits

6. Training & Development



Identify training needs and coordinate internal/external training programs Support leadership development and skill enhancement initiatives Evaluate training effectiveness

7. Discipline & Exit Management



Handle disciplinary actions as per company policy Manage resignations, terminations, exit interviews, and final settlements Analyze attrition trends and recommend corrective actions

Key Skills & Competencies



Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Leadership and people management abilities Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills High level of integrity and confidentiality Proficiency in MS Office and HR software

Qualifications & Experience



Education:

MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent

Experience:

Minimum 5-8 years of HR experience, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role Experience in Retail / FMCG / F&B industry preferred

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
