And now, we're looking for a part-time HR Manager to strengthen our hiring systems, manage people processes, and support our culture as we grow.
Note: This role is for someone who loves systems, people, and processes -- and thrives on building structure for a growing creative team. Please answer honestly and clearly.
What You'll Do
As HR Manager, you'll oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance tracking, and team engagement. You'll work closely with founders to design systems that keep the team motivated, organized, and aligned.
Key Responsibilities:
Post jobs, manage applications, and coordinate interviews.
Shortlist candidates based on skills and culture fit.
Create and maintain HR documents (offer letters, policies, contracts, exit process).
Manage attendance, leaves, payroll coordination, and appraisals.
Conduct onboarding & orientation for new hires.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
Support founders with team development, reviews, and feedback.
Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality
Success Metrics
Close at least 3-5 quality hires per quarter.
Maintain 100% updated HR records (contracts, policies, attendance).
Conduct timely onboarding & exit processes without delays.
Improve employee satisfaction and reduce turnover.
Run at least 1 team engagement activity per month.
Required Skills & Experience
2-4 years of experience in HR operations/recruitment.
Strong understanding of hiring processes and HR compliance.
Highly professional and extremely organized -- this is non-negotiable.* Excellent communication and people skills.
Fluent in English (spoken & written).
