Position Overview:
The HR Manager will oversee 360 HR functions including high-volume recruitment, onboarding, training, employee management, performance reviews, and HR compliance, manage HR operations effectively, drive team performance, and contribute directly to business revenue through effective workforce execution.
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 9: 00 AM to 6:00 PM IST
Remote role with daily online collaboration
Key Responsibilities:
1. End-to-End Recruitment:
Handle hiring for internal teams and international placements across U.S. and Europe
Source, screen, interview, and finalize candidates for retail, restaurant, real estate, and recruitment roles
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for job posting, candidate pipelines, and selection
Conduct salary negotiations and maintain recruitment metrics
2. Onboarding & Documentation:
Manage onboarding processes, including contracts, compliance documents, orientation, and setup
Ensure timely documentation and system access for new hires
3. Training & Development:
coordinate and support training for new and existing employees
Monitor training completion and evaluate post-training performance
4. Performance Management & Accountability:
Conduct weekly and monthly performance reviews for all team members
Work with the Indian Hiring Manager to track output and productivity across departments
Hold employees accountable for task completion, performance targets, and contribution to revenue
Identify underperformance early and implement corrective measures (verbal warning, PIP, etc.)
5. Productivity & Revenue Contribution:
Monitor whether each employee is meeting productivity benchmarks
Collaborate with team leads to ensure that HR decisions support revenue generation
Maintain HR dashboards to track individual and team outcomes, hiring ROI, and work contributions
6. Employee Relations & Policy Enforcement:
Address employee concerns, resolve internal conflicts, and ensure policy compliance
Enforce discipline, issue written warnings, and document all employee infractions as needed
7. Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on:
Hiring status
Employee performance
Team productivity
Training completion
Revenue-impact metrics
Communicate results to senior management and assist in decision-making
Required Qualifications:
Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (MANDATORY)
4-7 years of experience in full-cycle HR management(MANDATORY)
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Strong understanding of recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and compliance
Proven ability to work independently in a remote, performance-driven environment
Tech-savvy with proficiency in HR tools, Google Workspace, and online collaboration platforms
Must have a dedicated, noise-free workspace suitable for confidential meetings and focused work
Must have a high-speed, stable internet connection to support video calls, cloud-based tools, and daily reporting
