We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to oversee and manage the company's human resources operations. The role involves handling recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and strategic HR initiatives to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Oversee payroll, attendance, and employee benefits administration.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations.
Design and execute training & development programs.
Build and maintain a positive work culture through engagement activities.
Manage performance appraisal systems and career development plans.
Act as a trusted advisor for management and employees on HR policies.
Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary procedures fairly.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR role.
Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and compliance.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work strategically while also being hands-on with daily operations.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
