We believe that a strong workforce is the backbone of our business, and we are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager - Recruitment to lead talent acquisition efforts and help us build a world-class team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment Strategy & Execution
Plan, manage, and execute end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles across the organization.
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job specifications.
Source candidates through multiple channels - job portals, social media, employee referrals, and campus drives.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
2. Job Posting & Employer Branding
Create and post job advertisements across appropriate platforms.
Build a strong employer brand through career fairs, social media presence, and partnerships with educational institutions.
3. Candidate Screening & Selection
Review resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct initial phone and in-person interviews.
Coordinate technical and behavioral assessments in alignment with department requirements.
Ensure candidate experience is smooth, professional, and aligned with the company's culture.
4. Hiring Process Management
Schedule interviews, maintain recruitment trackers, and ensure timely communication with candidates.
Prepare offer letters, negotiate compensation, and assist in onboarding.
Maintain recruitment reports and metrics to monitor and improve hiring effectiveness.
5. Compliance & Documentation
Ensure hiring processes comply with legal requirements and company policies.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and assist in audits as needed.
6. Talent Engagement
Develop relationships with potential candidates for passive recruitment.
Conduct exit interviews and gather feedback for improving the recruitment process.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in recruitment with at least 3 years in a similar role.
Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring projects.
Proficiency in HR tools, applicant tracking systems, and MS Office.
Knowledge of labor laws and compliance practices.
Experience in retail or FMCG sector is a plus.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Time-to-hire and cost-per-hire metrics.
Candidate satisfaction and offer acceptance rates.
Quality of hire and retention rates within the first 6 months.
Number of active talent pipelines maintained.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
