Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment (60%)
Handle
end-to-end recruitment
for junior, mid, and senior-level positions
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand
manpower planning and role requirements
Source candidates through
job portals, social media, referrals, and databases
Conduct
HR screening interviews
and coordinate technical/managerial interview rounds
Manage
offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and joining formalities
Maintain
recruitment trackers, hiring MIS, and recruitment metrics
Ensure timely closures and positive candidate experience
HR Operations (40%)
Manage
onboarding and induction
of new employees
Handle
employee lifecycle management
(joining to exit)
Implement and enforce
HR policies, processes, and procedures
Ensure compliance with
labor laws and statutory requirements
Maintain
attendance, leave records, HRMS data, and employee files
Coordinate payroll inputs with finance/payroll teams
Handle
employee engagement initiatives and grievance resolution
Skills & Competencies
Strong experience in
Recruitment & HR Operations
Excellent
verbal and written communication skills
Strong
interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities
Good understanding of
HR best practices and labor laws
Ability to multitask and work in a

Proficient in
MS Excel, HRMS, and recruitment portals
Education Qualification
MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification
Relevant certifications in HR or recruitment will be an added advantage
