Other Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute effective hiring strategies for Sales, Marketing, Site Engineers, Supervisors and Technical Staff
Build HR systems, SOPs and scalable workforce structures
Design retention, appraisal and performance-driven culture
Oversee HR operations, payroll & statutory compliances (ESI, PF, labour laws, audits etc.)
Manage onboarding, induction, employee relations and grievance handling
Partner with management to support business growth through workforce planning
Ensure disciplined HR processes at both
office and project-sites
Eligibility criteria
5-10 years of HR experience (Real Estate industry Mandatory)
Proven experience in
Sales hiring and team-building
Strong knowledge of labour laws, recruitment and HR systems
Excellent communication, negotiation & leadership skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
