About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced

HR Manager

to lead and manage the complete HR function for a growing Real Estate firm. The role requires strong experience in recruitment, HR operations, compliance, and employee engagement preferably within the Real Estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage

end-to-end HR operations

including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee lifecycle. Lead

talent acquisition

for site and corporate roles (sales, engineering, CRM, project teams, support functions). Implement HR policies, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives. Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment, Contract Labour, Labour Welfare). Maintain HR dashboards, audits, and documentation. Coordinate with site teams for manpower planning and HR-related requirements. Act as a bridge between management and employees, ensuring smooth communication and grievance handling.

Candidate Profile:

5-10 years of experience in HR, with

mandatory exposure to Real Estate sector

Strong understanding of hiring for sales, site, engineering, CRM, and support roles. Good knowledge of HR operations, compliance, and documentation. Excellent communication, people-handling, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multi-site HR requirements.

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?85,000.00 per month
