Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle -- sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting suitable candidates.
Design and conduct onboarding and induction programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future organizational needs.
Maintain a healthy, transparent, and inclusive workplace culture.
Address and resolve employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflicts as per company policies.
Plan and execute employee engagement, motivation.
Identify training and development needs based on performance outcomes.
Develop, review, and update HR policies and ensure consistent implementation.
Ensure compliance with statutory and labor laws (PF, ESIC, Bonus, etc.).
Maintain necessary HR documentation and coordinate with auditors and legal authorities.

Evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives.
Supervise monthly payroll processing and ensure accuracy in attendance, leave, and deductions.
Ensure timely salary disbursement and statutory payments.
