ABOUT THE ROLE
The HR Manager is responsible for managing the full spectrum of Human Resources functions, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, payroll coordination, compliance, and employee engagement. The role ensures that HR policies and practices support business objectives and promote a positive workplace culture.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment process.
Prepare job descriptions and advertisements.
Conduct onboarding, documentation, and induction.
2. HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain employee records and HRIS systems.
Ensure statutory compliance (ESIC, PF, Gratuity, etc.).
Coordinate payroll inputs and attendance.
Draft and implement HR policies.
3. Performance Management
Lead performance evaluation cycles.
Support KPI setting and tracking.
Recommend training programs.
4. Employee Relations
Handle grievances and disciplinary matters.
Promote healthy communication.
Organize employee engagement initiatives.
5. Training & Development
Identify training needs.
Plan and evaluate training programs.
6. HR Strategy & Culture
Support workforce planning.
Drive culture-building initiatives.
Provide HR analytics and reports.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR or related field.
5-8 years of HR experience
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Strong communication & conflict-resolution skills.
Experience with HRMS and MS Office.
