Responsible for Recruitment of employee, Training, Appraisal, Exit Interviews, etc.2. Maintaining and preparing KRA for all employees and updating as per Recruitment.3. Planning, monitoring and doing appraisal of employees.4. Resolve employee grievances and also doing counseling of employees and supervisors inconsultation with Management.5. Ensure legal compliance related to Labour Law, ESIC, Factory Act, etc.6. Follow management guidelines by preparing, updating and recommending human resourcepolicies and procedures.7. Maintaining historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system;keeping past and current records.8. Help management for doing cost-cutting programs in co-ordination with employees.9. Responsible for Medical Insurance, Mediclaim, Legal matters related to Labour, LabourAccidental Issues, Supervision of Admin & Plant Hygiene and all matters related to Contract Labour.10.All other duties & responsibilities that would be assigned by the management from time totime.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per monthSchedule:
