Job Description
We are hiring HR Manager for the famous club PLAYBOY . Below are the job responsibilities:Duties & Responsibilities:
- Handling End to End Recruitment.
- Screening, Sourcing and Scheduling.
- Sourcing the right candidates through job portals like Naukri, indeed etc.
- Getting offer released and following up with candidates till joining.
- Conducting Induction and taking care of the on boarding process.
- Handling Payroll and disbursement of salaries.
- Time Management and keeping track of leaves and absenteeism.
- Effectively using the personal network, employee referrals to close the position.
- Managing employee records and updating employee database as per SOP requirements.
- Handling the employee separation process and exit formalities.
- Candidate should be able to do policy formulation.
- Maintaining Attendance Records.
- Organizing regular Employee Engagement Activities.
- Must have good communication, writing skills, and interpersonal skills.
- The candidate should have a positive attitude and be able to work in a team.
- Should be ready to take responsibility and always ready to learn new things.
- Should be able to prioritize the work.
