Need to check with the Compliance of Labour laws with the industry standards. Also need to facilitate with the employee and the organization to ensure smooth functioning of the organization and Labour Relations. Roles & Responsibilities HROperations: ₹ Overseedaily HR operations, including attendance management, leave administration, and payroll support.
Maintainaccurate HR records. Recruitment & Staffing: ₹ OverseetheBlueCollar recruitment.
Coordinate with departmental heads to understand staffing needs and build a robust recruitment pipeline.
Manageonboardingandorientation of newhires, ensuring smooth integration into the plant operations. HRStrategy Implementation
Alignplant HR practices with corporate HR policies and business strategy.
Supportcultural change and organizational development initiatives. Training & Development: ₹ Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs for employees. Employee Relations: ₹ Addressgrievances and ensure timely resolution of employee issues.
Actasabridge betweenemployeesand management to maintain a positive work environment.
Managedisciplinary procedures, conflict resolution, and employee counseling as required. Compliance&StatutoryRequirements: ₹ Ensuretimelycompliancewithlabourlaws(FactoriesAct,ESIC,PF,etc.).
Maintainallstatutoryregisters,records,andliaisewithgovernmentauthorities.
Prepareforandhandleinspectionsandaudits. PerformanceManagement: ₹ Assistinimplementingtheperformancemanagementsystem.
Facilitateannualperformanceappraisals,feedbacksessions,andactionplanningfor employeedevelopment. Health,Safety&Welfare: ₹ Ensurethatallplantemployeesfollowhealthandsafetyprotocols.
ConductHR-drivensafetyawarenesscampaigns. HRMetrics&Reporting: ₹ PrepareandsubmitregularreportsonHRmetrics.
AnalyzeHRdatatosupportdecision-makingandimproveplantproductivity. Qualifications: ₹ Atleast5-7yearsManageriallevelexperiencewithinamanufacturing/Plant experience
StrongknowledgeofHROperations,laborlawsandplantHRcompliance
Excellentcommunication,interpersonal,andproblem-solvingskills.
ProficiencyinHRIS(HumanResourcesInformationSystems)andMSOffice applications.
Abilitytoworkinafast-pacedanddynamicplantenvironment.
