Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws (PF, ESIC, Factory Act, etc.).
Liaise with statutory authorities and ensure timely returns and inspections.
Maintain statutory registers and records as per factory norms.
Manage HR audits and inspections from government authorities.
Maintain all necessary records, reports, and documentation for compliance. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management
Handle joining formalities, induction, and onboarding for new hires at the plant.
Maintain and update employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll inputs.
Manage employee exit process, F&F, and documentation.
Address employee grievances and implement resolution processes. Employee Engagement & Welfare
Plan and execute engagement activities and welfare initiatives. Talent Acquisition & Management
Oversee manpower planning and hiring for plant operations.
Support recruitment of blue- and white-collar employees at the plant.
Coordinate with the corporate HR team for any hiring process.
