We are looking for a hands-on

HR Manager

with strong experience in manufacturing environments. The role requires end-to-end HR operations, strong labour compliance knowledge, shop-floor workforce handling, and the ability to work closely with leadership while maintaining high integrity and discipline across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Manpower Planning

End-to-end hiring for shop floor, staff, supervisors, and executives Workforce planning as per production requirements

2. Labour Law & Compliance

Ensure full compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and factory regulations Handling PF, ESI, CLRA, Factory Act, attendance, and statutory registers Coordination with labour consultants and inspectors when required

3. Payroll & HR Operations

Complete payroll processing using

GreyT HR

Final settlements, salary revisions, and records maintenance

4. Shop Floor HR Management

Daily HR presence on shop floor Handling worker grievances, discipline, and attendance issues Maintaining harmonious industrial relations

5. Performance Management (KPIs & KRAs)

Implement and monitor KPIs & KRAs for shop floor and staff employees Support productivity, attendance, and performance improvement initiatives

6. Team Management & Culture

Lead and manage HR team (if applicable) Ensure ethical practices, transparency, and integrity across the company Act as a bridge between management and workforce

7. MIS & Reporting

Strong Excel-based HR MIS and dashboards Regular HR reports to CEO on manpower, attrition, compliance, and productivity

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 3+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing setup (mandatory) Strong knowledge of labour laws & statutory compliance Excellent Excel skills (MIS, reports, trackers) Strong shop-floor handling and people management skills High integrity, maturity, and leadership mindset

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
