Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compliance, and employee relations
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business goals
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and labor laws
Oversee employee engagement, training & development, and performance management
Handle disciplinary and grievance issues professionally and legally
Maintain HR records and documentation in accordance with company policies and audit requirements
Partner with leadership to support organizational growth and change management initiatives
Requirements:
Bachelors/Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
5 to 15 years of HR experience in the
pharmaceutical industry
(mandatory)
Strong knowledge of pharma compliance, policies, and HR best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Proficient in HRMS and Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in Retail & Distribution as a Pharma HR
