explain the tax implications / personal taxation
Decent Excel skills, ability to make MIS / Data Interpretation & Analysis. Good in PowerPoint skills - representation of data and story through PPT slides.
Should have experience in conducting Behavioral Event Interviewing (BEI) / Assessment Centre experience.
Know-how on the usage of the Competency Matrix and Proficiency used for the Talent Acquisition role.
Should have handled - IJP and AC-DC.
Should have handled the Campus programs.
Some experience / fundamental knowledge of Effective Business Partnering competencies to deliver the HR value proposition.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead a team of 5-6 team members as part of Talent Acquisitions, supporting the Front-Line Sales Team and also for First Line Managers.
Drive the responsibility to deliver hiring within TAT and budget.
Drive Customer Satisfaction Metrics for the team/function and drive efficiency.
Make the function from managing Recruitment towards Talent Acquisition (bring the sourcing competencies and increase of ratio of sourcing).
Deliver the Employee Experience agenda throughout the process, i.e., Candidate Experience to Onboarding Employee Experience.
Generate and Present - periodic MIS to be presented with stakeholders for forward looking actionable, and process improvements.
Deliver the Quality of Hire metrics - make self, team, and hiring managers accountable through effective business partnering.
Deliver the less than 1-year attrition target of the organisation.
Coach, Mentor, and Groom the Team of Recruitment Executives.
Involve & support the ELC Team in making and sharing periodic MIS and support in the Talent Management initiatives (AC-DC-TRBs).
Create a self and team's scorecard, review, and deliver the outcome through effective governance
