Job Title: HR Manager (full-time, permanent)
Overview:
1.Lead all HR functions--recruitment, onboarding, performance, compliance, engagement, and separation--with strategic insight and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR policies aligned with business goals.
Manage performance evaluation systems and support coaching/feedback mechanisms.
Handle employee relations and grievance processes while fostering positive workplace culture.
Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll in compliance with laws.
Analyze HR data to guide decisions--metrics, attrition, workforce planning.
Conduct onboarding, training, internal mobility, and exit interviews.
2.Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; advanced degree (MBA/PGDM/Master's) preferred.
Proven HR experience (5+ years depending on seniority).
Strong knowledge of laws, HR systems, recruitment channels, and metrics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinking, data analysis (Excel, dashboards), familiarity with HRIS tools.
3.Soft Skills
Empathy, confidentiality, and fair conflict resolution.
Adaptability and attention to detail in dynamic environments.
