HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:



Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for academic and non-academic roles, ensuring the organization attracts and hires qualified candidates who align with the company's mission and values.

Employee Relations:

Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, promoting open communication, and resolving conflicts in a constructive manner.

Performance Management:

Implement and manage performance appraisal systems, ensuring regular feedback and development plans for employees at all levels.

Training & Development:

Identify employee training needs and work with relevant teams to create learning opportunities that drive professional growth and enhance skill sets aligned with organizational goals.

HR Policies & Compliance:

Develop and enforce HR policies and practices in compliance with industry regulations and best practices. Ensure all HR functions adhere to labor laws and organizational standards.

Compensation & Benefits:

Manage payroll, benefits, and incentive structures, ensuring competitive and fair compensation packages that align with industry standards.

Employee Engagement & Retention:

Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, morale, and engagement, fostering a positive organizational culture.

HR Analytics & Reporting:

Track and analyze HR metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior management to support data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or HR certifications preferred) Proven experience (2+ years) as an HR Manager or in a similar role, preferably within the education or online learning industry Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance standards Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and confidentiality Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
