Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles (including Freight Brokers).
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Handle onboarding, training, and employee development programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
Address employee relations, performance management, and grievance handling.
Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports for management.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (preferred).
Prior HR experience is a plus (Freshers with strong skills are welcome).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
