Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager with strong expertise in

NON-IT recruitment

and HR operations. Candidate must have hands-on experience in bulk hiring, mid-level hiring, and end-to-end HR processes.

Responsibilities:

End-to-end

NON-IT hiring

(Sales, Operations, Customer Support, Admin, Accounts, Telecalling, HR, Back Office). Screening, shortlisting, interviews, and candidate coordination. Offer letters, onboarding, documentation & HRMS updates. Attendance, payroll coordination, and HR compliance. Employee relations, performance monitoring & engagement activities. Maintain recruitment MIS and daily hiring reports.

Requirements:

Minimum

5+ years of NON-IT hiring experience

. Strong communication & interview skills. Ability to handle multiple urgent positions. Experience in HR operations and policy implementation.
