About the Role



We are seeking an experienced and people-centric

HR Manager

to lead HR operations within our fast-growing immigration services organization. The role involves overseeing recruitment, talent management, employee engagement, and compliance with labour laws, while supporting a multicultural and client-facing workforce. Experience in immigration, legal services, consulting, or professional services is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning



Lead end-to-end recruitment for immigration consultants, case officers, documentation specialists, sales teams, and admin roles. Develop talent pipelines for niche profiles in immigration and global mobility. Partner with department heads to assess workforce needs and create hiring forecasts.

2. Onboarding & Training



Oversee smooth onboarding, orientation, and induction for new hires. Train staff on immigration workflows, compliance requirements, client communication etiquette, and internal systems. Implement continuous learning and development programs.

3. Performance Management



Set up KPIs for immigration case managers, counsellors, and sales teams. Conduct performance appraisals, track employee targets, and facilitate performance improvement plans (PIP). Drive a culture of accountability and high service standards.

4. Employee Relations & Engagement



Resolve employee grievances with fairness, confidentiality, and legal compliance. Implement engagement initiatives to improve retention in high-pressure client-facing environments. Promote a positive and transparent workplace culture.

5. Compliance & HR Operations



Ensure adherence to labour laws, industry regulations, and company policies. Maintain employee records, contracts, and documentation (including confidentiality agreements). Support audits, internal reviews, and policy updates.

6. HR Strategy & Organizational Development



Develop HR strategies aligned with business goals and growth plans. Support organizational restructuring, role clarity, and competency frameworks. Lead HR analytics: turnover, hiring metrics, productivity, engagement insights.

Required Qualifications & Skills



Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 5-8+ years of HR experience, preferably in immigration, legal, consulting, or service-based companies. Strong knowledge of recruitment, labour laws, HR policies, and performance management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a high-paced, target-driven environment. Strong organizational and conflict-resolution abilities.

Preferred Experience



Working knowledge of immigration services operations (visas, case management, compliance). Experience with CRM/HRMS platforms and digital onboarding tools. Exposure to handling multicultural teams and international clients.
