Digihawks Marketing, a Digital Marketing company, is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as an HR Manager - IT Recruitment Specialist. This is a full-time onsite position based at our office in Mohali, India.

Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top IT talent. Build and maintain a strong network of candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements. Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and fit for the role and company culture. Negotiate salary offers and facilitate the hiring process, including coordinating interviews, conducting background checks, and extending job offers. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.
