Manage the entire hiring process, from creating job descriptions and sourcing candidates to interviewing and onboarding new employees.
Serve as a liaison between employees and management, mediate conflicts, address grievances, and promote a positive workplace culture.
Oversee payroll, administer benefits, and ensure compensation structures are competitive and compliant with regulations.
Develop and implement programs for employee training, performance management, and career development.
Ensure the organization complies with all labor laws and regulations, and manage HR records.
Oversee performance appraisal systems and work with management to set employee performance goals.
Analyze HR data, such as turnover rates and employee satisfaction, to inform HR strategies.
