JOB DISCRIPTION

:
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to align with the organization's overall goals and objectives.

Manage and oversee the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes. Proactively resolve employee relations issues by conducting thorough investigations, providing guidance, and implementing appropriate actions. Oversee and administer employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and competitive positioning. Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including employee files, compensation data, and organizational charts. Collaborate with department managers to assess and address employee training and development needs. Provide coaching and guidance to managers on HR-related matters, including performance management and disciplinary actions. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in human resources, making recommendations for process improvements and innovative initiatives. Lead and facilitate the annual performance evaluation process and merit review programs.
Human Resources Manager Qualifications & Skills

Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Professional HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR Experience in strategic planning and business development Proficiency in HRIS and other HR management software Candidate from Education Backround will be preffered.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
