Fresher HR Manager
who is enthusiastic about human resources and ready to start a rewarding career in HR management.
This role is ideal for someone who has recently graduated and wants to gain hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in day-to-day
HR operations
, including employee onboarding, documentation, and payroll coordination.
Support
recruitment processes

Help maintain

and HR databases.
Coordinate

Handle basic

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
Basic understanding of HR software or applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Familiarity with labor laws and HR compliance basics.
Internship experience in HR or talent acquisition is a plus.
